A place to call home

Live on-campus with award-winning facilities and your fellow Anteaters.

Living on campus and in the moment

More than 14,000 students typically choose to live on campus to take advantage of award-winning facilities, access to convenient campus resources, and form new friendships.

Your transition to college life is made simple by the welcoming feel of UCI’s campus. Interacting with fellow students from diverse backgrounds is one of the most valuable components of your education, and the friendships you make in campus housing could last a lifetime.

Our two first-year residence halls, Middle Earth and Mesa Court, offer the latest comforts and amenities. Middle Earth includes our newest housing expansion, Middle Earth Towers, featuring two new residential towers, a dining facility, study lounge, fitness center, and recreational space.

In addition to traditional residence halls, there are a variety of other housing options available, including academic-sponsored housing, fraternity and sorority housing, and undergraduate apartments.

Housing Administrative Services offers information and advising for students looking for off-campus housing. The Anteater Housing Network (AHN) provides off-campus housing and roommate listings for UCI students. Students can post an ad for a housing or a roommate or create a roommate profile from the My Account page on the AHN website.
