Submitting Official Documents - Freshmen
COVID-19 Update: All official documents are required for our Admissions verification process, and every effort should be made to submit them from one of the options as listed below. However, we understand it may be difficult to obtain some of these official documents during this time.

Upon receipt of your documents, your official transcripts will be compared to both your application and the emailed transcripts attached by you or your school. Discrepancies and deficient grades may result in your offer of admission being withdrawn, even if UCI classes have already started. Please refer to your provisional contract and/or conditions as listed in your portal.

*Slate.Org is a platform for your counselor to upload your official transcript
** We will accept documents sent by National Student Clearinghouse and ask that they are sent to oars-records@uci.edu.
***Naviance transcripts are only accepted through Parchment
If your school is unable to submit official transcripts electronically through the vendors listed above, we will temporarily accept verified electronic copies of your transcripts and other documents via email. They must be:

Submitted by your school officials (i.e. administrators, counselors, etc) through a school domain email address.

Sent to oars-records@uci.edu with this text in the subject line: ATTENTION OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS
If you are unable to send official documents through any of the methods listed above, please contact your Admissions counselor through your UCI Admitted Student Portal. Additional next steps to submit documents temporarily will be provided through the communication with your assigned Admissions counselor.
** Please note when students enroll in the fall, official documents will be required. This option is temporary to best support our incoming students during these difficult times.**

Sending Test Scores - Fall 2020 Admitted Students
Due to the delay testing companies are experiencing when sending scores to campuses, you will not be penalized if scores are received after our initial deadline of July 15.
ACT and SAT Scores:

If you passed any Advanced Placement (AP) or higher level International Baccalaureate (IB) exams you must have official results sent to UCI by the testing agency to receive credit. Provided we receive your official results, credit from these exams should appear on your record sometime during your first term at UCI.
